Responsibilities:<ul><li>End-to-end recruitment (sales, site staff, office staff).</li><li>Employee relations and grievance handling.</li><li>Attendance, leave, and payroll management.</li><li>Statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labor laws).</li><li>Drafting &amp; implementing HR policies.</li><li>Conducting induction &amp; training programs.</li><li>Employee engagement activities.</li><li>Performance management &amp; appraisals.</li><li>Coordinating with management for HR strategies.</li><li>Handling multi-site/project HR operations.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.</li><li>4&ndash;5 years HR experience in real estate sector (mandatory).</li><li>Strong knowledge of labor laws &amp; compliance.</li><li>Excellent communication &amp; interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to manage both office &amp; site HR functions.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
