Position Overview:
This role is responsible for maintaining accurate data and product information. Additionally, assist with maintaining internal reference data to support cross-functional accuracy and alignment across departments and customer deliverables. Strong data entry and Excel spreadsheet skills are required.
**Note: This is an on-site position. Remote work is not available.**
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Enter and maintain accurate data</li><li>
Assist in creating pricing and setup information for customers</li><li>
Maintain attributes in files</li><li>
Clear exceptions in data based on 3rd party updates</li><li>
Support in updating information and adding new data to existing databases</li><li>
Research and manage competitor interchange information</li><li>
Manage assignments and codes</li><li>
Enter new items, pricing, and other information into 3rd party systems</li><li>
Resolve issues from the field or other departments</li><li>
Prepare reports and monthly updates as assigned</li><li>
Assist in developing efficient SOPs and reports for the department</li><li>
All other duties as assigned</li></ul>
Requirements:

Key Requirements:<ul><li>
High School diploma with 5+ years of data entry and Excel experience</li><li>
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Access/SQL</li><li>
Strong data entry and attention to detail skills required</li><li>
Familiarity with marketing and online sales channels preferred</li><li>
Strong oral and written communication and data analysis skills required</li><li>
Customer service-focused with strong analytical abilities required</li><li>
Ability to navigate office environment</li><li>
Occasional standing, walking, and lifting (up to 15 lbs.)</li><li>
Ability to work in a quiet office setting and use computer systems for extended periods</li><li>
Proficiency in reading and writing in English is required.</li><li>
Ability to effectively communicate, articulate, and present information clearly and professionally, and respond to questions from management in a concise and professional manner.</li></ul>
Physical Requirements:<ul><li>
Mobility: Ability to move about a professional office setting and traversing between office spaces.</li><li>
Standing and Walking: Must be able to stand and walk for short durations.</li><li>
Lifting and Carrying: Occasionally may need to lift or carry items such as laptop computers, training materials, or small office supplies up to 15 pounds.</li><li>
Posture and Motion: Frequent sitting for extended periods at a computer workstation; occasional reaching, bending, and stooping when accessing file drawers or office supplies.</li><li>
Vision and Hearing: Adequate visual and auditory acuity for computer use, report review, and verbal communication a quiet office setting.</li><li>
Work Environment: Office work is conducted in a climate-controlled environment.</li></ul>
