About the RoleLanguage Teacher will work in schools and help us implement the Reading Program that aims at makingstudents independent readers and enable them to develop a reading habit. The Reading Program Focuses onResponsibilities:&#9642; Conducting English/Hindi/Marathi language lessons for the class assigned.&#9642; Making apt unit plans and Lesson plans for their classes.&#9642; Conducting activities for students to ensure maximum learning.&#9642; Conducting Assessments at regular intervals of time in a fair and just manner.&#9642; Collect Student data namely assessment, attendance, library books issuance etc.&#9642; Applying the feedback and training in classes conducted at schools.&#9642; Conduct parents-teachers meeting at regular intervals of time.&#9642; Checking books/ worksheets of the students regularly.&#9642; Interact with the parents of the students regularly and update them on the progress of their children.&#9642; Giving constructive feedback to the Lead Program Managers about the Program.&#9642; Build healthy relations with the Government School teachers, School Management, Parents and Children.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: &#8377;150,000.00 - &#8377;200,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Hindi (Required)</li><li>English (Required)</li><li>Marathi (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
