Role: Design EngineerEducation : UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical,Electrical Experience : Minimum 3-5 years&rsquo; experience<ul><li>Job Description</li><li>Build the 3D BIM models of MEP services using Autodesk Revit.</li><li>Preparation of design drawings, shop drawings, as-built drawings, and schematic diagrams.</li><li>Preparation of schedules and sheet lists.</li><li>Prepares BOQ schedules from BIM modeling</li><li>Developing and applying Revit Templates.</li><li>Collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines to mitigate design challenges.</li><li>Adhere to the schedule and follow BIM content standards and development procedures.</li></ul>Job Requirements <ul><li>Proven experience as a BIM Modeler or similar role in the construction or architectural industry.</li><li>Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.</li><li>Strong understanding of BIM standards, protocols, and best practices.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Effective communication and collaboration skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
