Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Create compelling landscape designs for a variety of projects including residential gardens, commercial properties, and public spaces</li>
<li>Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget in order to develop customized design plans</li>
<li>Utilize CAD software and other design tools to create detailed plans, 3D renderings, and presentations</li>
<li>Select appropriate plants, materials, and finishes to ensure design integrity and sustainability</li>
<li>Coordinate and work alongside with construction teams to ensure seamless implementation of design plans</li>
<li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met</li>
<li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in landscape design</li>
<li>Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships</li>
</ul>
FINAL COMPENSATION AMOUNT WILL BE BASED OFF OF LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field</li>
<li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscape design, preferably in a design/build format where you are designing and building out your design</li>
<li>Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of plant materials, hardscapes, and irrigation systems</li>
<li>Ability to operate skidsteer, excavator and other heavy machinery to carry out the job</li>
<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills</li>
<li>Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team</li>
<li>Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities</li>
<li>Valid driver's license</li>
