DMS Landscaping, a leading landscaping and Commercial Construction company in Omaha, NE, seeking a reliable and dedicated Commercial Projects Foreman to oversee and coordinate a variety of commercial contract projects. As a Commercial Projects Foreman, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful completion of projects, customer satisfaction, and the growth of our company.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Manage and coordinate commercial bid projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.</li><li>
Supervise and lead a team of laborers, providing guidance, training, and support.</li><li>
Oversee all aspects of project execution, such as site preparation, installation of site materials, and maintenance activities.</li><li>
Collaborate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional results.</li><li>
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or delays, and implement effective solutions.</li><li>
Maintain a safe work environment, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines.</li><li>
Manage equipment and material inventory, ensuring proper maintenance and utilization.</li><li>
Ensure accurate record-keeping of project documentation</li><li>
Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and best practices to continuously improve project outcomes.</li><li>
Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.</li></ul>
FINAL COMPENSATION AMOUNT WILL BE BASED OFF OF LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE
Requirements:<ul><li>
Prior experience in commercial construction projects, including project management and team leadership.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, materials, and equipment.</li><li>
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.</li><li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.</li><li>
Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.</li><li>
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.</li><li>
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.</li><li>
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks as required.</li></ul>
