 As a
 
 Resource Planning Manager
 
 you will take responsibility for short to mid-term planning and rostering of resource requirements (staff and equipment) to achieve optimum resource utilisation. You will manage resource planning and rostering services, including but not limited, dnata Airport Operations, Data Systems departments and non-Dubai based joint venture projects.
 
 
 
 In This Role, You Will
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manager medium to short term forecasting of manpower and equipment resource requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Establish a dynamic framework to review rostered resource requirements against the budgeted resource plan.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the Resource Management software (e.g.INFORM, Roster Control, or Genesys WFM) applications with responsibility for ongoing maintenance and development initiatives with the vendor and line management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Undertake planning and analysis of additional hours required through contracted labour providers and, where applicable, contact centres.
 </li>
 <li>
 Interface with contract labour providers and, where applicable, Call Centre Managers and establish an appropriate business relationships.
 </li>
 <li>
 Understand the outsourced labour costs in comparison to dnata labour costs, recommend and deliver an appropriate policy for business units to follow.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver cost effective services within agreed budgets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and control costs through effective resource management of staff, equipment and facilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage continual review and adjustment of expenditure to meet fluctuations in demand to deliver savings against budget and forecasts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive innovative solutions through team creativity and ensure a collaborative approach with other dnata business units within Airport Operations. To include the use of all dnata and Emirates Group technological solutions (INFORM, PROVEO, AACS etc).
 </li>
 <li>
 Provision of regular reports with analysis of productivity related metrics to be reported on a weekly, monthly and annual basis, plus ad hoc reports as required by senior management.

 </ul>
 Qualification
 
 
 
 To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Degree or Honours in a relevant field plus a minimum of 8 years of experience in airport operations or movement control.
 </li>
 <li>
 A minimum of 5 years in a similar position or capacity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Awareness of the following business functions; Ramp Operations / Passenger Services / Baggage Services / Operations Services / GSE / Cargo &amp; Mail services / Data Systems and Communications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Working knowledge of resource management systems essential.
