We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support Channel Blend, a DNI company, by leading high-volume hiring for fully remote Customer Service Representatives across the country.

 What You'll Do
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Own recruiting for a high-volume remote hiring program supporting Channel Blend
 </li>
 <li>
 Review applications, screen candidates, and quickly identify strong fits for Customer Service Representative roles
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage candidates through the recruiting process from first contact through offer stage
 </li>
 <li>
 Schedule and coordinate interviews while creating a positive, engaging candidate experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Keep candidates warm, informed, and excited throughout the process
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner closely with hiring leaders and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and priorities
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate job expectations clearly, including schedule availability, work-from-home requirements, and next steps
 </li>
 <li>
 Help maintain a steady flow of qualified candidates to support hiring goals and business demand
 </li>
 <li>
 Track candidate activity and pipeline progress in the applicant tracking system
 </li>
 <li>
 Support offer coordination and handoff to onboarding teams with accuracy and urgency
 </li>
 <li>
 Share process feedback and recruiting insights to help improve hiring speed and efficiency

 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, call center operations, recruiting, or another fast-paced, people-focused environment is preferred, but not required
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication skills and confidence building relationships by phone, video, and email
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple candidates and priorities at once
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable working in a high-volume environment with clear goals and deadlines
 </li>
 <li>
 Resourceful, responsive, and motivated to keep things moving
 </li>
 <li>
 Positive attitude and strong sense of ownership
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience using an ATS is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
