What You&rsquo;ll Do 
As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you&rsquo;ll be at the heart of our construction projects. This full-time, on-site role in Houston, TX involves: 
<ul><li>Operating heavy machinery for excavation, grading, and site prep</li><li>Performing routine equipment maintenance</li><li>Following strict safety protocols</li><li>Collaborating with a skilled team to meet project goals and deadlines</li></ul>
 
What We&rsquo;re Looking For 
We want operators who are ready to make an impact. Ideal candidates will have: 
<ul><li>Proven experience with heavy equipment and excavation</li><li>Knowledge of equipment maintenance and safe operation</li><li>A team-first attitude and strong communication skills</li><li>Physical stamina and ability to work in all weather conditions</li><li>A high school diploma or equivalent</li><li>Prior construction experience (preferred)</li></ul>
