Ltd. is seeking a confident and result-driven Telesales Executive to generate new business through outbound calling, promote our courier, COD, and logistics solutions, and convert leads into long-term clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong sales mindset.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Make outbound calls to potential clients (E-commerce sellers, SMEs, Online Stores, Shopify &amp; Social Media sellers).</li><li>Introduce Do Deliver&rsquo;s courier &amp; logistics services and explain COD, delivery, and pickup solutions.</li><li>Generate qualified leads and convert them into active customers.</li><li>Maintain daily calling targets and ensure consistent follow-ups.</li><li>Record all call activities and client details in the CRM/sales sheet.</li><li>Coordinate with the field sales team for client onboarding and pickups.</li><li>Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.</li><li>Handle client objections professionally and close deals.</li><li>Maintain strong after-sales relationships with onboarded clients.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (preferred).</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of telesales experience (Courier, Logistics, Telecom, Banking, or E-commerce preferred).</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.</li><li>Strong command over Urdu &amp; English.</li><li>Target-oriented and self-motivated.</li><li>Basic computer &amp; CRM knowledge.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary and attractive incentives.</li><li>Career growth opportunities.</li><li>Dynamic and supportive work environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In personApplication Deadline: 18/12/2025 Expected Start Date: 26/12/2025

Job Purpose:The Rider is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of parcels, packages, and documents to customers while maintaining a high level of professionalism, customer satisfaction, and safety standards.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Deliver orders/parcels to customers as per the assigned schedule.</li><li>Ensure safe handling and accurate delivery of all items.</li><li>Collect proof of delivery (POD) and payments (if applicable) and submit to the concerned department.</li><li>Follow the company&rsquo;s delivery routes and time schedules.</li><li>Communicate effectively with dispatchers and supervisors regarding delays, issues, or route changes.</li><li>Maintain the assigned vehicle/bike in good condition and ensure all documentation (license, registration, insurance) is up to date.</li><li>Adhere to all traffic rules, company policies, and safety regulations.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service and represent Do Deliver in a professional manner.</li><li>Report any incidents, accidents, or maintenance requirements immediately to the supervisor.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Requirements:</li><li>Minimum qualification: Matric / Intermediate.</li><li>Valid motorcycle driving license.</li><li>Own motorcycle.</li><li>Prior experience in delivery/logistics preferred but not mandatory.</li><li>Good communication and time management skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.</li><li>Basic knowledge of local routes and areas.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From Rs20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
