 Trade Marketing Specialist
 
 at DOBRA, you&rsquo;ll be responsible for driving brand visibility, consumer engagement, and sales through impactful offline and in-store marketing initiatives. This is a hands-on role that combines creative planning with sharp execution across retail, modern trade, and consumer-facing events.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 In-Store &amp; Key Account Marketing:
 
 Plan and manage trade activations including sampling, shelf displays, promotions, and visibility campaigns across retail and modern trade.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Promoter &amp; Merchandiser Management:
 
 Recruit, train, and manage promoter and merchandiser teams (direct and through agencies) to deliver strong in-store execution.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Budgeting &amp; ROI:
 
 Develop, allocate, and monitor marketing budgets; track ROI of campaigns and optimize spends.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Event Planning &amp; Execution:
 
 Conceptualize and execute consumer events, mall activations, kiosks, and exhibitions to drive awareness and trials.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 POSM Development:
 
 Plan, design, and execute POS materials (standees, wobblers, display units, etc.) to enhance shelf presence and brand recall.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Visibility &amp; Promotions:
 
 Drive brand presence through offline initiatives &ndash; tie-ups, sponsorships, on-ground consumer touchpoints.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Collaboration:
 
 Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align trade marketing activities with overall business objectives.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3&ndash;6 years of experience in trade marketing / BTL / shopper marketing in FMCG (foods &amp; beverages preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong execution skills with ability to manage multiple agencies and on-ground teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in budget management and ROI analysis
 </li>
 <li>
 Creative thinker with problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
 </li>
 <li>
 Willingness to travel for on-ground activations and store visits
 </li>
