Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership &amp; Development<ul><li>
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of inbound sales agents to achieve individual and team targets.</li><li>
Set clear performance expectations, provide timely feedback, and conduct regular performance reviews.</li><li>
Implement best-practice sales scripts, objection-handling techniques, and call-quality standards.</li><li>
Foster a collaborative, accountable, and growth-oriented team culture.</li><li>
Build staffing and scheduling plans to support call volume growth from 1,400 to 3,000 calls per month.</li></ul>
Sales Strategy &amp; Execution<ul><li>
Develop and execute a strategic plan for the inbound sales channel, aligned with company growth objectives and the annual sales budget.</li><li>
Own achievement of the inbound channel's monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.</li><li>
Monitor and improve call-to-sale conversion rates, average handle time, and other key call center metrics.</li><li>
Ensure consistent and accurate use of CRM and call center systems for pipeline, reporting, and forecasting.</li></ul>
Customer Experience &amp; Quality<ul><li>
Monitor live and recorded calls to ensure quality, compliance, and consistency of the customer experience.</li><li>
Resolved escalated customer issues and serve as the point of escalation for complex calls.</li><li>
Balance sales performance with customer satisfaction and retention objectives.</li></ul>
Cross-Functional Collaboration<ul><li>
Partner with Marketing to align campaign timing, offers, and promotions with cell center capacity and staffing.</li><li>
Work with Customer Service and Operations/IT to ensure proper call routing, IVR configuration, and system reliability.</li><li>
Provide insights from customer calls to influence offer design, pricing, and product/service improvements.</li></ul>
Performance &amp; Reporting<ul><li>
Track key performance metrics (calls handled, conversion rate, sales by channel, APRU impact), identify risks, and implement improvement plans.</li><li>
Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance versus budget and forecasts.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with internal policies, sales practices, and regulatory requirements.</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
5+ years of inbound sales or call center experience, preferably in telecommunications or internet services.</li><li>
2+ yeas of leadership or team-management experience in a call center or sales environment.</li><li>
Strong understanding of inbound sales metrics, conversion optimization, and call center operations.</li><li>
Proven track record and leading a team to meet or exceed sales targets.</li><li>
Exceptional communication, coaching, and performance-management skills.</li><li>
Proficiency with CRM and call center platforms (Salesforce and contact center software preferred).</li><li>

Inbound Sales Call Center Manager

<div>Summary:
The Service Delivery Specialist II is responsible for coordinating and executing the end-to-end delivery of telecommunications services for business and enterprise customers. This mid-level role requires a strong understanding of provisioning processes, project coordination, and customer communication. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple service implementations simultaneously, ensuring that all technical, logistical, and customer-facing elements are executed on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of service delivery orders, from order intake through successful service activation and handoff.</li><li>
Act as a primary liaison between internal teams (engineering, construction, network operations, field services) and external stakeholders (vendors, customers, partners).</li><li>
Ensure accurate and timely updates to internal systems (CRM, OSS, ticketing tools), maintaining a complete record of all activities, milestones, and communications.</li><li>
Order and track complex circuits through to completion, including the submission and management of Access Service Requests (ASRs) with local exchange carriers (LECs) and other third-party providers.</li><li>
Monitor and manage assigned projects to meet service level agreements (SLAs), customer deadlines, and internal performance metrics.</li><li>
Identify potential roadblocks or risks to service delivery; proactively communicate status updates, initiate escalations, and drive resolution to ensure on-time delivery.</li><li>
Participate in service readiness reviews, change control processes, and quality assurance initiatives.</li><li>
Provide mentorship or guidance to junior delivery staff as needed and support knowledge transfer across the team.</li><li>
Contribute to process development, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts aimed at enhancing delivery efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.</li><li>
Perform back duties as needed by Service Delivery Manager including running weekly Service Deliver Meeting and representing Service Deliver in inter-departmental events and providing escalation point for trouble calls.</li><li>

Qualifications:
Required:<ul><li>
3&ndash;5 years of experience in telecommunications service delivery, provisioning, or related operations role.</li><li>
Strong understanding of telecom technologies (fiber, Ethernet, IP/MPLS, voice, wireless).</li><li>
Experience coordinating with cross-functional technical and business teams.</li><li>
Proficiency in service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow).</li><li>
Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>
High attention to detail and a customer-first mindset.</li></ul>
Preferred:<ul><li>
Knowledge of fiber build processes and network construction workflows.</li><li>

Service Delivery Specialist II

<div>SUMMARY
The Senior Analyst, Financial Planning &amp; Analysis (FP&amp;A) supports the Director of FP&amp;A in month-end close activities, financial and operational reporting, and analysis. This role is primarily responsible for capital expenditure (CapEx) reporting and analysis and supports ad hoc projects requested by senior management. The position works closely with both the Operations and Finance teams to deliver accurate, timely, and insightful financial information.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>
Prepare and distribute capital expenditure reports following month-end close.</li><li>
Review and analyze capital expenditure budgets and variances.</li><li>
