Responsibilities: <ul><li>Assist managing the monthly and quarterly financial close activities, ensuring timely and accurate reporting, including but not limited to cash (bank reconciliations), fixed assets and intangibles, prepaid expense and accruals.</li><li>Develop financial analysis (income statements, cash flow analysis) for management.</li><li>Assist in monthly flux analysis for multiple markets to deliver key insights to the team and key stakeholders for assigned markets.</li><li>Maintain and enhance documentation and detailed supports for internal control and SOX compliance financial processes.</li><li>Assist in preparation and review of SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K), including financial statements and footnote disclosures and MD&amp;A.</li><li>Support the quarterly review and year-end financial audit.</li><li>Coordinate cross-functionally with FP&amp;A and other departments to gather necessary information to include in financial reporting.</li><li>Collaborate on special projects to continuously improve processes and create efficiencies in financial reporting.</li><li>Other tasks as assigned.</li></ul>Requirements: <ul><li>3-5 years of experience in public accounting or corporate Finance/Accounting.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in accounting or finance.</li><li>CPA and SEC experience is preferred but not required.</li><li>Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP.</li><li>Detail oriented and strong ownership mindset.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure on multiple tasks and meet deadlines.</li><li>Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong analytical and writing ability.</li><li>Experience with Workiva and Workday is a plus.</li></ul>EEO/AAP Statement: DocGo is an equal opportunity employer. Position Overview: You will be providing health assessments and home health visits for our patients. We are seeking qualified Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN). Job Duties: <ul><li>Driving to patient's homes and conducting home health visits independently</li><li>Properly obtain and document medical histories</li><li>Obtain consent, check patient history, and administer immunizations</li><li>Complete documentation of assessment and/or interventions of patient</li><li>Responsible for home health visits</li><li>Minor troubleshooting of test systems and takes appropriate action according to predetermined protocols</li><li>Identifies problems which may adversely affect test performance or reporting of test results and take appropriate action including supervisor notification</li><li>Performs all relevant diagnostic tests as required</li><li>Performs venipuncture as required</li><li>Complete accepted medical forms</li><li>Conduct weekly equipment check in exam rooms and report any equipment malfunctions</li><li>Code Medical exams as needed</li><li>Administer vaccines</li><li>Administer medication to patients and measure vital signs.</li><li>Monitor the patient&rsquo;s progress and changes in behavior.</li><li>Recognize and treat any medical condition with appropriate techniques, equipment, and knowledge of all State and County protocols</li><li>Recognizes situations which require the immediate attention of a physician or emergency care</li><li>Interact with patients and their families in a compassionate manner</li><li>Interact with clinicians, other health professionals and staff in a courteous and professional manner</li><li>Effectively communicate and interact with patients and or agencies</li><li>Participate in ongoing professional development activities</li><li>Maintain a positive and professional work environment</li><li>Maintain the confidentiality of all Personal Health Information as dictated by HIPAA laws</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul>Requirements: <ul><li>LPN License</li><li>Blood Withdrawal / Phlebotomy experience</li><li>A minimum of 6 months of LPN experience</li><li>BLS with American Heart Association</li><li>Valid New Mexico Driver's License (minimum of 2 years) and acceptable driving record</li><li>Excellent verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to lift 50 - 60 lbs</li><li>Patient bedside experience preferred (preferred but not required)</li><li>Spanish speaking (preferred but not required)</li><li>Must be comfortable driving and making home health visits independently</li></ul>EEO/AAP Statement: DocGo is an equal opportunity employer. Description</h2><div>
We&rsquo;re looking for a detail-oriented Credentialing Specialist to support provider
onboarding and compliance across a multi-state telehealth environment. This role is critical to ensuring our clinicians are fully vetted, credentialed, and ready to safely deliver care.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Manage end-to-end credentialing for providers from intake through approval</li><li>
Build and maintain provider profiles in Modio</li><li>
Track workflows and progress in JIRA</li><li>
Perform primary source verification (licenses, education, board certs, DEA, etc.)</li><li>
Run sanction screenings (OIG, SAM, NPDB) and complete compliance checks</li>
Partner cross-functionally to move providers from Credentialing Approved<li> Clear to Practice (CTP)</li><li>
Communicate with providers to ensure timely application completion</li><li>
Assist with the onboarding process for new clinicians</li><li>
Manage the end-to-end medical licensing process.</li><li>
Assist with the onboarding process for new clinicians</li><li>
Ensure timely acquisition and renewal of licenses for all SteadyMD physicians and nurses.</li><li>
Maintain compliance with state and federal licensing regulations.</li><li>
Act as the primary liaison with medical boards and regulatory agencies.</li><li>
Update internal teams on changes in licensing laws and requirements.</li></ul></div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Preferred Requirements</h2><div><ul><li>
2+ years of credentialing and/or licensing experience preferred (telehealth or multi-state preferred)</li><li>
Strong understanding of primary source verification &amp; compliance requirements</li><li>
Experience with credentialing platforms (Modio preferred)</li><li>
Highly organized with strong attention to detail</li><li>
Comfortable managing multiple providers and deadlines</li><li>
Excellent organizational and communication skills.</li><li>
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.</li><li>
Working knowledge of current IMLC, FSMB, and reciprocity states</li><li>
Experience managing licensing for physicians, and nurses across all 51 states.</li></ul></div>
