&middot; Perform complex neurosurgical procedures with precision and care, ensuring optimal patient outcomes&middot; Conduct thorough pre-operative evaluations and develop comprehensive surgical plans tailored to each patient's needs&middot; Lead surgical teams, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to junior surgeons and medical staff&middot; Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create integrated treatment plans that address both surgical and non-surgical options&middot; Engage in clinical research initiatives, aiming to advance the field of neurosurgery and improve patient care&middot; Maintain detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in patient safety&middot; Conduct examinations of ill patients and evaluate symptoms to determine their condition.&middot; Reach an informed diagnosis based on scientific knowledge and the patient&rsquo;s medical history.&middot; Prescribe and interpret lab tests to obtain more information for underlying infections or abnormalities.&middot; Prescribe medications or drugs and provide comprehensive instructions for administration.&middot; Collaborate with other physicians, physician assistants, and nurses to form a high performing medical team.&middot; Cultivate a climate of trust and compassion for patients.&middot; Remain up-to-speed with developments and best practices in medicine by attending conferences and seminars.&middot; Comply with patient rights &amp; responsibilities&middot; Educate patient &amp; family in the care plan process.&middot; Usage of electronic system (DOC HMIS) for recording diagnosis.&middot; Maintaining patient diagnostic reports in electronic format.&middot; Appropriate usage of patient consent form.&middot; Patient counseling communicating the service cost prior to charging.&middot; Patients have the right to concise, complete, and easily understood information about their diagnosis and treatment options, side-effects, complications and any undesirable effects and an interpreter can be provided when needed.&middot; Follow international standards such as Lancet / Up to Date and conduct ethical medical practice.&middot; Assures quality and safe service for patients and staff by enforcing policies, procedures, standards, rules, and legal regulations; participating in utilization reviews, and remaining available for emergency consultations.&middot; Maintains historical records by documenting symptoms, medications, and treatment events and writing summaries.&middot; Refer patients to the other specialist as per patient requirement.&middot; Participate in event/corporate program, social media marketing and other marketing activities.&middot; Updates job knowledge by participating in continuing medical educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.&middot; Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.&middot; Ensure compliance with Qatar&rsquo;s MOPH regulations, policies, and professional standards.<ul><li>Participate in continuous professional development (CPD) to enhance nursing skills and stay updated.</li></ul>Any other task as assigned by management on a time to time basis as per the organization's needsJob Type: Full-time

Neurosurgery - Specialist

Role and Responsibilities:&middot; Establishes priorities of care, nursing actions, and desired outcomes in a timely manner.&middot; Demonstrates good communication skills, and interacts effectively with patients, visitors and other staff Ensure annual competencies are current.&middot; Keeps own knowledge/skills updated.&middot; Attends meetings pertinent to department.&middot; Follows hospital policies and procedures.&middot; Works within the Nursing Professional Code of Conduct&middot; Reports unsafe practice to Head of Nursing / Nursing Supervisor&middot; Monitors the hemodynamic status of the patients.&middot; Conducts ongoing assessment of patients.&middot; Performs appropriate treatments as ordered by physician in an accurate and timely manner&middot; Performs therapeutic nursing interventions.&middot; Documents patient assessment findings, physical/psychosocial responses to nursing intervention.&middot; Initiates and assists in emergency resuscitative measures.&middot; Maintains confidentiality in matters related to patient, family and client facility staff.&middot; Provides care in a non-judgmental, non-discriminatory manner that is sensitive to the patient's and family&rsquo;s diversity, preserving their autonomy, dignity and rights.Any other task as assigned by management on a time to time basis as per the organization's needs.Job Type: Full-time

Registered General Nurse - Female

<ul><li>Physiotherapist work with patients who have a range of conditions, including neurological, neuro musculoskeletal, cardiovascular and respiratory, sometimes over a period of weeks;</li><li>Diagnose, assess and treat their physical problem/condition;</li><li>Develop and review treatment programs that encourage exercise and movement by the use of a range of techniques.</li><li>Reviewing recovery according to the patient&rsquo;s individualized needs.</li><li>Conduct complex mobilization techniques.</li><li>Provides treatment through the use of Therapeutic exercises, manipulation, mobilization, hydrotherapy, electro- therapeutic and mechanical devices &amp; other therapeutic agents.</li><li>Provides progress reports of patients every set of sessions completed and/or as referred.</li><li>Checks performance of daily start-up and shut down of automated physical therapy equipment.</li><li>Train of new Physiotherapy Staff in physical therapy procedures.</li><li>Educate family members on activities that can be carried out at home to aid patient&rsquo;s recovery process.</li><li>Refer patients to doctors and other medical practitioners.</li><li>Implement quality control, quality assurance, and risk management as they relate to physical therapy functions.</li><li>Handle maintenance and safe storage of all physical therapy tools, supplies, materials and equipment.</li><li>Liaise with other healthcare professionals to exchange information about the background and progress of patients, as well as to refer patients who require other medical attention;</li><li>Keep up to date with new techniques and technologies available for treating patients;</li><li>Other duties assigned from time to time.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Physiotherapy: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>DHP/ Prometric and Dataflow (Required)</li></ul>
