Key Responsibilities:1. Application &amp; Software Support<ul><li>Install, configure, and maintain business applications such as Kahil. GreytHR, and ERP/CRM systems.</li><li>Provide user support and training for software applications.</li><li>Coordinate with software vendors for system updates, troubleshooting, and license renewals.</li><li>Monitor application performance and report system errors or downtime to management.</li><li>Ensure data integrity, regular backups, and compliance with IT security policies.</li></ul>2. Hardware &amp; Network Support<ul><li>Set up and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.</li><li>Diagnose and resolve hardware malfunctions and connectivity issues.</li><li>Maintain inventory of IT assets, including procurement, tagging, and disposal.</li><li>Manage network connections, cabling, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi systems to ensure stable connectivity.</li><li>Coordinate with external IT service providers for hardware repairs or upgrades.</li></ul>3. Security &amp; Maintenance<ul><li>Ensure antivirus, firewalls, and security patches are updated across all systems.</li><li>Implement data protection, privacy, and cybersecurity protocols.</li><li>Monitor and maintain system backups and restore procedures.</li><li>Support management with IT audits and compliance documentation.</li></ul>4. General IT Administration<ul><li>Respond promptly to IT support requests from staff through tickets, calls, or emails.</li><li>Document and track IT incidents, actions taken, and resolutions.</li><li>Assist in planning and executing system upgrades or migrations.</li><li>Support all branches of DOC Medical Center with on-site or remote troubleshooting.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
