<ul><li>Physiotherapist work with patients who have a range of conditions, including neurological, neuro musculoskeletal, cardiovascular and respiratory, sometimes over a period of weeks;</li><li>Diagnose, assess and treat their physical problem/condition;</li><li>Develop and review treatment programs that encourage exercise and movement by the use of a range of techniques.</li><li>Reviewing recovery according to the patient&rsquo;s individualized needs.</li><li>Conduct complex mobilization techniques.</li><li>Provides treatment through the use of Therapeutic exercises, manipulation, mobilization, hydrotherapy, electro- therapeutic and mechanical devices &amp; other therapeutic agents.</li><li>Provides progress reports of patients every set of sessions completed and/or as referred.</li><li>Checks performance of daily start-up and shut down of automated physical therapy equipment.</li><li>Train of new Physiotherapy Staff in physical therapy procedures.</li><li>Educate family members on activities that can be carried out at home to aid patient&rsquo;s recovery process.</li><li>Refer patients to doctors and other medical practitioners.</li><li>Implement quality control, quality assurance, and risk management as they relate to physical therapy functions.</li><li>Handle maintenance and safe storage of all physical therapy tools, supplies, materials and equipment.</li><li>Liaise with other healthcare professionals to exchange information about the background and progress of patients, as well as to refer patients who require other medical attention;</li><li>Keep up to date with new techniques and technologies available for treating patients;</li><li>Other duties assigned from time to time.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Physiotherapy: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>DHP/ Prometric and Dataflow (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
