Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented Manual QA Tester based in Lahore, Pakistan to join our healthcare software QA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and documenting test cases for mobile and web applications, with a particular focus on healthcare-specific modules and 3rd party integrations.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Design and execute manual test cases based on acceptance criteria and business requirements for modules including</li><li>Validate functionality across different user roles</li><li>Conduct regression testing regularly across major flows and features such as:</li><li>Provider charting</li><li>Billing coding</li><li>Critical use cases and ticketed issues</li><li>Test mobile platforms including iOS, iPadOS and Android</li><li>Log detailed, reproducible bug reports in the appropriate tracking system</li><li>Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure test coverage and issue resolution</li><li>Contribute to the maintenance and organization of test cases in test management tools</li></ul>Must-Have Qualifications<ul><li>1+ year of experience in manual software testing, including iPad or tablet-based applications</li><li>Solid understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, and test execution</li><li>Experience testing mobile and web applications</li><li>Attention to detail and strong documentation skills</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration abilities</li></ul>Nice-to-Have<ul><li>Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments</li><li>Familiarity with QA tools like TestMo, Jira, Confluence</li></ul>Tools &amp; Technologies<ul><li>Test case management (TestMo)</li><li>Bug tracking (Jira)</li><li>Collaboration tools (Slack, Google Meet)</li><li>Platforms: Web, iOS, iPadOS, Android</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Contract Contract length: 3 monthsExperience:<ul><li>Software Testing: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
