 Requirements

 DMD or DDS from an accredited U.S. program
 </li>
 <li>
 Active State Dental License
 </li>
 <li>
 CPR/BLS Certification
 </li>
 <li>
 Willing to obtain a Real ID for base access
 </li>
 <li>
 Pass a background (Criminal &amp; Malpractice), urinalysis &amp; applicable testing, shots, physical exam and vaccinations.
