 About The Role
 
 
 
 As we continue our global growth, we're looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to join our commercial team, and play a pivotal role in driving new customer acquisition.
 
 
 This is a high-activity, fast-paced environment, which requires high-volume, transactional sales to healthcare professionals across the UAE region. You'll need to be comfortable maintaining a large number of leads and engaging in frequent outbound touch points to achieve revenue targets.
 
 
 
 You'll Be Responsible For
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Driving revenue, engagement and new customer acquisition through high-volume outreach
 </li>
 <li>
 Taking ownership of the full 360 sales cycle, from prospecting through to close, whilst building and maintaining a robust pipeline of individual healthcare professionals
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceeding monthly revenue targets and daily KPIs, with the support from your Manager and the wider team
 </li>
 <li>
 Researching, preparing and delivering tailored product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers
 </li>
 <li>
 Becoming an expert on the Doctify product and a thought leader within the HealthTech field
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 About You
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Fluency in English language
 </li>
 <li>
 You have a minimum of 3 years' experience within sales, within the healthcare industry is desired but not required
 </li>
 <li>
 You possess natural communication skills, and you are not afraid of telephone, virtual and in person acquisition; resilience is key!
 </li>
 <li>
 You thrive working in a fast paced environment and have an open mind when it comes to the changing environment a scale-up can sometimes bring
 </li>
 <li>
 You love tackling difficult challenges, with a positive attitude, and always strive to find the best solution
 </li>
 <li>
