Job Summary and Qualifications</h5>
As a Patient Care Technician you will be a crucial member of our collaborative nursing care team, delivering hands-on care and helping create a safe, welcoming environment for patients. Your support brings comfort, dignity, and connection to those who need it most &ndash; and helps make our mission to improve lives a reality for patients every day.
Your responsibilities will include:
<ul><li>Assisting with patient preparation, mobility, transfers, and comfort to support smooth procedures and recovery</li><li>
Providing non-medicated care like dressing changes, skin protection, and use of supportive devices</li><li>
Keeping patient areas, operating rooms, and common spaces clean, organized, and stocked to maintain safety and efficiency</li><li>
Managing supplies, equipment, and environmental logs to keep the team ready and protect patients through infection control</li><li>
Communicating kindly with patients, families, and the care team while promoting safety and quality efforts</li></ul><h6 class="jobSectionHeader">
What qualifications you will need:</h6><ul><li>
Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date</li></ul>

Job Summary:
Intensive Care Consortium (ICC) is seeking a PRN critical care nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join Doctors&rsquo; of Augusta Hospital in Augusta, GA. 
Qualified Candidates:<ul><li>
Acute care certification required for Nurse Practitioners</li><li>
ICU APP Experience and established critical care procedural skill set strongly desired</li><li>
APP providers must be proficient with, and credentialed to perform routine Critical Care procedures including central and arterial line placement, thoracentesis, intubations and management of mechanical ventilation, work independently, and be able to carry a minimum patient load of 8-10 patients per shift.</li><li>
24-bed ICU</li><li>
24/7 coverage &ndash; 1 MD &amp; 1 APP day/ 2 APPs at night with MD call coverage</li><li>
Ability to work PRN, 2-4 shifts per month</li><li>
Mix of days and nights, 12 hour shifts</li></ul>
