A Hospital Administrator is responsible for the overall management and coordination of the day-to-day operations of a hospital or healthcare facility. This includes overseeing staff, budgeting, regulatory compliance, patient services, and strategic planning to ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Operational Management:</li><li>Oversee daily hospital operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.</li><li>Manage hospital departments such as admissions, nursing, medical records, and human resources.</li><li>Coordinate between clinical and non-clinical departments.</li><li>Financial Oversight:</li><li>Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.</li><li>Control operational costs and ensure financial sustainability.</li><li>Monitor billing, accounting, and insurance processes.</li><li>Regulatory Compliance:</li><li>Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and standards (e.g., HIPAA, OSHA, JCI).</li><li>Prepare for and coordinate inspections and accreditation processes.</li><li>Human Resources Management:</li><li>Recruit, train, and supervise administrative and support staff.</li><li>Implement staff policies, performance evaluations, and development programs.</li><li>Ensure a safe, inclusive, and productive work environment.</li><li>Strategic Planning and Development:</li><li>Develop and implement strategic plans to improve hospital services and expand facilities.</li><li>Analyze hospital performance metrics and implement improvement plans.</li><li>Lead initiatives for quality improvement and patient satisfaction.</li><li>Patient Services:</li><li>Enhance patient care services and hospital reputation.</li><li>Handle escalated patient complaints and ensure resolution.</li><li>Promote patient safety and confidentiality.</li><li>Communication and Representation:</li><li>Act as a liaison between hospital management, staff, patients, government agencies, and the community.</li><li>Represent the hospital at board meetings, conferences, and public events.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Hospital Administration</li><li>Minimum 0-1 years of experience in healthcare administration or management</li><li>Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills</li><li>In-depth knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations</li><li>Proficient in healthcare IT systems and data analytics tools</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;6,000.00 - &#8377;8,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
