 Job Description:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop short and mid-term brand strategies including new launches, core business development and communication platforms for all Do&gbreve;anay brands
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure flawless execution of all brand activation programs working closely with cross-functional teams:
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Internal:
 
 R&amp;D, Finance, Procurement, Insights, Commercialization, Sales, Trade Marketing, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 External:
 
 Creative Agency, Digital, SM, Media, PR, Activation, Insights agencies, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with commercial teams for both planning short &amp; mid-term initiatives and aligning on flawless execution of them
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead development of the commercial strategy for the new product / packaging / equipment / service including pricing, promotional strategy, distribution, merchandising,
 </li>
 <li>
 Own brands&rsquo; A&amp;M budget and ensure efficient &amp; effective planning
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for the P&amp;L of the brands
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate long term brand strategies and planning
 </li>

 Required Skills and Qualifications:

 <li>
 Experience at least 8 years brand management career in the FMCG industry
 </li>
 <li>
 Having strong analytical and conceptual skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Having superior communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Having a strong and authentic business sense and the desire to achieve targets
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in English
 </li>
