<b>Job Summary</b><br>
This individual will help oversee the inventory of machines and attachments as well as assist with machine specifications and stocking levels.<br>
<br>
<b>Essential Functions</b></div>
<ul><li>Order new machines and attachments from John Deere and other vendors for Texas and Louisiana locations</li>
<li>Create machine and attachment stock numbers using the CDK program</li>
<li>Organize and file related paperwork</li>
<li>Work with senior management on machine specs and stocking levels</li>
<li>Assist Doggett locations with inventory inquiries</li>
<li>Assist Doggett corporate with inventory related issues</li>
<li>Assist with periodic Deere audits</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned</li>
</ul><div><b>Qualifications:</b></div>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred</li>
<li>Should be extremely organized and detail oriented</li>
<li>Basic accounting skills required</li>
<li>Must be a team player and willing to take on new challenges</li>
<li>Must be professional at all times</li>
<li>Product knowledge and CDK program skills preferred</li>
