We are seeking a confident, people-first Sales Team Leader who can inspire our sales team, lead by example, and turn thoughtful conversations into consistent results, while sharing the Dogtopia mission.Position Overview: The Sales Team Leader is a hands-on leader responsible for driving lead conversion, strengthening pet parent relationships, and elevating front desk performance. This role works alongside the General Manager and Canine Coach Trainer, modeling best practices, coaching conversations, and influencing daily behaviors that support growth, retention, and an exceptional guest experience.
