 About The Job
 
 
 
 We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and result-oriented
 
 Porsche Training Specialist
 
 to join our growing Porsche Sales Department and drive excellence through training and process development.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Features Needed
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (preferably in Engineering)
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 2 years of experience in training (non-technic), business development, or dealer management within the automotive sector
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent command of English (German is a plus)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong presentation and public speaking skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Effective communication, negotiation, and persuasion abilities
 </li>
 <li>
 Competence in process analysis, auditing, and reporting
 </li>
 <li>
 Analytical mindset and result-oriented approach
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced planning and organizational skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in MS Office applications
 </li>
 <li>
 No travel restrictions
 </li>
 <li>
 Valid Class B driver&rsquo;s license and active driving experience

 Training &amp; Development
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Identify training needs for Porsche Authorized Dealer teams and manage annual plans and budgets
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver Porsche AG and industry-standard training programs in compliance with brand guidelines
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize classroom and digital training sessions, as well as orientation programs
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage post-training evaluation and report development areas
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Dealer Excellence &amp; Process Management
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Implement Porsche Business Excellence (PBE) program initiatives at dealer level
 </li>
 <li>
 Execute development projects aligned with Porsche AG strategies
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze dealer and service processes, monitor performance, and plan improvements
 </li>
 <li>
 Define dealer visit standards, prepare checklists, and analyze outcomes
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Audit &amp; Quality Management
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prepare dealers and service centers for manufacturer audits and manage audit processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee mystery shopping activities and take actions to enhance customer experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct needs analysis and propose business development initiatives aligned with company and brand strategies
