 DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Graduated from law or a related department,
 </li>
 <li>
 10-15 years of experience,
 </li>
 <li>
 Good command of English, both oral and in writing, to be able to manage contract management and contract negotiation, indemnity claims and penal clause implementation processes throughout the contract life cycle,
 </li>
 <li>
 Mastering MS Office applications, Word, Excel, Power Point and able to use advanced reporting tools preferably PowerBI.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 RESPONSIBILITIES
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 To manage strategic contract management processes from end to end,
 </li>
 <li>
 To be able to follow contracts with customers, global/local IT companies regarding sales of hardwares, softwares, licenses and services/managed services,
 </li>
 <li>
 To negotiate the contracts with clients working in close cooperation with sales, legal, revenue control departments and other related internal customers,
 </li>
 <li>
 To Track technology sector, calculate risk and take necessary precautions and prioritize the needs of internal customers,
 </li>
 <li>
 For the contracts to be renewed, to ensure that the contracts are reviewed and analyzed, and revisions are made where deemed necessary,
 </li>
 <li>
 To manage disputes and claim management with customers vendors / partners through contract lifecycles,
 </li>
 <li>
 To Follow the approval processes of all documents, contracts, invoices and orders according to the company procedures and legal requirements and to be
 </li>
 <li>
 responsible for the archiving process following.
