 The incumbent will assist in the development and deployment of management reports, dashboards and business intelligence solutions to fulfill the business need/ to enhance the decision making capabilities of the Products and Segments function of the Retail Banking division. The incumbent will gather and analyze information/data, through analysis, graphs, data modeling, presentations and dashboards using various BI tools pertaining to retail accounts portfolio, within the frame work of the policies and procedures set by the Bank/regulatory guidelines.
 
 
 
 
 
 Detailed Roles and Responsibilities:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Work closely with the internal customers to gather requirements on business needs at both organizational and functional level for the design of BI solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support in the review, and rationalization of new data requirements raised by the internal customers to avoid data repetition.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support in detailed data analysis and modelling, in support of the business requirements, and in preparing reports outlining relevant business information.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide support to the Business Intelligence Manager and the test teams in resolving issues based on test results.
 </li>
 <li>
 Verify and maintain the quality of metadata depository through addition, removal, and/or revision of data, as applicable/as directed by the BI Manager.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in delivery of high quality information deliverables, for example analysis, management information reporting, data extracts, and campaign files in both a regularly scheduled and ad hoc manner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist the Business Intelligence Manager in formulating queries for the extraction of reports from Business Objects and provide daily dashboard comprising of daily, monthly and yearly movements of products.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure usage of appropriate and approved data sources, business rules, and end product content or format and delivery mechanisms, as directed by the Manager, to meet various BI requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide necessary analysis support in reviewing the utilization of downloaded data and reports to determine the feasibility of complete automation of reporting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in coordination efforts with, and provide analytical support to the Information Technology and operating divisions, on implementation of long-range and short-range plans.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support in analysis and reporting of branch-wise data on movement of Savings and Fixed Deposits, and status of Green Accounts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support in preparation of dashboard on branch performance, and daily MTD and YTD RAG analysis of branches, ranking them according to their achievement for various products.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support in providing measurements for promotions during promotional period, based on data availability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support in analysis and reporting of profitability of products, based on data availability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support in verification of the incentive calculations for DSU and CLU by checking the data with the available data in Business Objects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support in formulation of appropriate templates and suggestions for efficient data entry by the respective units that cater to BIU.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in providing analysis reports / consolidation of data for various HO/ external presentations, as requested by Retail Banking management team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support in the preparation of MIS reports on Personal Loan Portfolio monthly movements, RLM booking check for incentive, Retail Loan MIS Deck, Monthly Non Performing Loans analysis and other Ad-hoc reports as requested by Retail Banking management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support in research efforts in identifying best practices, and review of present systems to identify opportunities to improve delivery of BI insights to business stakeholders, and suggest appropriate changes to effect improvement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and utilize business intelligence and reporting tools necessary for supporting multiple business lines and their reporting needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow the audit, compliance and procedural control measures set by the management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain highest standards of confidentiality, professional conduct, ethics and integrity in the provision of services in the unit.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work cross-functionally in constant improvement of data management systems, outlining an inclusive data migration/ integration approach in terms of data clean-up, quality control/management and preservation, and in execution of post-project evaluation through relevant data metrics.
 </li>

 The
 
 Assistant Relationship Manager
 
 will assist in booking quality assets through offering credit solutions and credit enhancements for the allocated individual / portfolio of clients, thereby enhancing the service delivery/business development efforts of Services sector. The job holder will assist in preparation and preliminary assessment of credit application, acquisition and retention of customers, account performance review, arranging optimal financial solutions and customer issue/query resolution, as per the internal policies/ procedures and QCB guidelines.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Detailed Roles and Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Perform all activities, as assigned by the reporting authorities, in compliance with regulatory guidelines, and internal policies and procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in direct sales, up-sales and cross sales efforts, to the existing and new customers through appropriate propositions through incremental value-added features.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in initiating field visits to existing / new customers to review the portfolio performance and to observe / understand the business potential.
 </li>
 <li>
 Achieve the assigned credit portfolio targets pertaining to various products, ensuring all performance standards are met in terms of the business targets, controls, compliance, and quality standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure consistency of customer service experience / service delivery to the Services sector client segment, within the parameters set by the Bank.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure Internal Credit Rating and RAROC is carried out for all lending clients and update same on annual basis or as and when a new facility is granted, new information available etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare /perform initial assessment of credit applications of customers, analyze financial statement, prepare credit summary for the customer and provide preliminary assessment on the viability of lending and guide on utilization of facilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support in the implementation of efficient customer retention / anti-attrition strategies, in support of the business enhancement efforts targeted at Services sector client segment, as per the directives of the reporting authorities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform initial analysis of credit proposals with appropriate interpretations on the financial aspects and identify the risk factors and suggest credit enhancers, as applicable, in consistent with the Credit policies and regulatory framework.
 </li>
 <li>
 Promptly solve / route complex customer complaints / disputes/ other actionable data to the relevant internal stakeholders for timey resolution.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Educational Qualifications:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 University graduate with a degree in Business or Banking or Finance or any other related discipline.
 </li>
 <li>
 Master&rsquo;s degree in Management any other related discipline will be an added advantage.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Experience:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 06-10 years of total experience in financial services/banking industry, entailing responsibilities pertaining to the specific area of discipline.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in business / relationship management in Services sector, with strong understanding of the local banking industry.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Certifications:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Professional certification such as CFA/ CPA/ CA and or CMA is preferable
 </li>
