Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet and engage customers as they approach the kiosk, offering assistance and information about products or services.</li><li>Demonstrate and explain products or services to customers, answering any questions they may have.</li><li>Actively sell products, meet or exceed sales targets, and promote current deals or offers.</li><li>Ensure the kiosk is well-stocked and products are organized and displayed attractively. Report low stock or product issues to management.</li><li>Operate the cash register or POS system, handle transactions, and ensure accurate cash management.</li><li>Promote special offers, discounts, or seasonal sales to customers.</li><li>Collect and record customer feedback to help improve products or services.</li><li>Ensure the kiosk and surrounding area remain clean, organized, and inviting.</li><li>Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards while interacting with customers and handling products.</li></ul>Qualifications:Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.Skills:<ul><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to engage with customers and build rapport quickly.</li><li>Strong sales skills with the ability to meet sales targets.</li><li>Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments.</li><li>Detail-oriented and organized.</li><li>Ability to work independently or as part of a team.</li><li>Availability: Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR2,200.00 per month

SALES KIOSK REPRESENTATIVE (FEMALE ONLY)

<ul><li>Actively engage with customers by initiating conversations, answering questions, and providing detailed product information.</li><li>Demonstrate products to customers</li><li>Meet or exceed sales targets by closing sales with customers, upselling additional products, and ensuring a positive customer experience.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the products or services being sold, including specifications, features, and promotions.</li><li>Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide an exceptional experience that encourages repeat business.</li><li>Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems, including cash, credit, and debit transactions.</li><li>Monitor product stock levels, assist in restocking the kiosk, and inform management of low stock or product issues.</li><li>Maintain the kiosk&rsquo;s appearance by ensuring it is clean, organized, and visually appealing to customers.</li><li>Actively promote sales events, discounts, or special promotions to increase sales and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Gather customer feedback and report trends or customer suggestions to the management team.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From QAR2,200.00 per month

FEMALE KIOSK SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Transportation &amp; Safety<ul><li>Safely operate company vehicles (cars, vans, minibuses, buses) to transport tourists to scheduled locations.</li><li>Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company driving policies.</li><li>Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness.</li><li>Assist passengers with boarding, luggage handling, and special mobility needs.</li><li>Respond calmly and effectively to emergencies or unexpected situations (vehicle issues, accidents, delays).</li></ul>Customer Service<ul><li>Greet tourists warmly and provide a welcoming atmosphere throughout the journey.</li><li>Offer basic information about destinations, landmarks, local culture, and itinerary.</li><li>Answer customer questions and support tour guides when necessary.</li><li>Maintain a professional, courteous, and helpful attitude at all times.</li></ul>Tour Coordination<ul><li>Follow daily schedules and itineraries provided by the tour company or guide.</li><li>Communicate clearly with tour guides, dispatch teams, and office staff.</li><li>Adjust routes flexibly when needed due to traffic, weather, or customer needs.</li></ul>Vehicle Maintenance<ul><li>Keep the vehicle clean, fueled, and well-maintained.</li><li>Report mechanical issues, damage, or maintenance needs promptly.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license</li><li>Clean driving record and proven driving experience (tourism experience preferred).</li><li>Good knowledge of tourist attractions, and road networks.</li><li>Basic customer service and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.</li><li>Professional appearance and behavior.</li><li>Ability to speak multiple languages is an advantage.</li><li>Physically able to lift luggage and assist travelers when required.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From QAR2,800.00 per month

DRIVER (WITH LIGHT & HEAVY)

<ul><li>Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanical systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and suspension.</li><li>Proficient with electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and circuit testing.</li><li>Familiarity with automotive diagnostic tools and software.</li><li>Ability to work with both conventional and hybrid/electric vehicle systems.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.</li><li>Excellent communication skills.</li></ul>Experience: Proven experience as an Auto Technician or Auto Electrician (minimum of 2 years). Experience with electric and hybrid vehicle systems is a plus.Job Type: Full-timePay: From QAR2,300.00 per month
