We are looking for a creative and dynamic individual to join our team and elevate our brand's digital presence.Job Summary:We are seeking a talented and versatile female Graphic Designer cum Social Media Marketing Executive to manage our company's creative and digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for design and aesthetics, particularly within the interior design industry. You will be responsible for creating visually compelling content and implementing social media strategies to increase our brand awareness, engage our target audience, and drive business growth.Graphic Design:<ul><li>Conceptualize and create visually stunning graphics for all digital and print platforms, including social media posts, stories, reels, website banners, and email newsletters.</li><li>Design marketing collateral such as company profiles, product catalogues, brochures, flyers, and presentations.</li><li>Edit and retouch photos and videos of our projects and materials to ensure high-quality visual standards.</li><li>Develop creative layouts for proposals and presentations for our sales and projects team.</li><li>Ensure all visual content is consistent with our brand identity and guidelines.</li></ul>Social Media Marketing:<ul><li>Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across key platforms (Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).</li><li>Create, schedule, and publish engaging daily content (images, videos, graphics, copy) that showcases our products, projects, and brand story.</li><li>Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster a positive community engagement.</li><li>Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to reach a wider, targeted audience.</li><li>Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies in the design and marketing industry.</li><li>Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications:Required:<ul><li>Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Social Media Specialist or similar role.
