Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Lead all aspects of our daily restaurant business, such as delivering a high-quality menu and motivating our staff to provide excellent guest service.</li><li>
Maintain the restaurant&rsquo;s revenue, profitability and quality goals, ensuring efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintaining high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.</li><li>
Create a friendly atmosphere for our guests to meet friends, celebrate special occasions or complete an important work project while enjoying a meal in a bakery-cafe.</li><li>
Invest in and develop our cafe teams to help them execute flawless service and create memorable experiences.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Minimum of 1 year experience as a Restaurant Manager (fast casual &amp;/or full-service, high-volume restaurants preferred)</li><li>
Have car and valid drivers license in good standing</li><li>
Able to work approximately a 50-hour work week, rotating shifts that include days, night, weekends and holidays</li><li>
Can commute up to 25-30 miles each way to/from work location</li><li>
Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills</li><li>
Self-motivation</li><li>
The independence, initiative and desire to achieve</li><li>
An attitude of genuine passion for teamwork</li><li>
The ability to provide our guests with a friendly atmosphere where they can relax and enjoy a great dining experience</li><li>
Engages, connects and builds relationships with guests and staff</li><li>
Have the creative ability to work with the community and build sales</li><li>
