Tasks &amp; Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Analyze historical sales data and market trends to develop accurate demand forecasts.</li>
<li>Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to incorporate promotional activities, seasonality, and market intelligence into forecast models.</li>
<li>Regularly update forecast assumptions based on actual performance and insights.</li>
<li>Align demand forecasts with production and inventory strategies to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.</li>
<li>Partner with procurement and operations teams to ensure timely availability of resources.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain demand planning reports and dashboards.</li>
<li>Measure forecast accuracy and identify areas for improvement.</li>
<li>Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance forecasting processes and demand planning accuracy.</li>
<li>Implement best practices and advanced tools to streamline operations.</li></ul> 


Job Requirements:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree of Supply Chain or a relevant discipline</li><li>3-5 years of Experience as a Demand Planner</li><li>Preferably Food manufacturing background</li><li>Excellent in English language</li><li>SAP knowledge is a must</li></ul>
