Your Role 
<ul><li>Processing samples on time, taking into account the throughput and delivery times, optimum number of samples and costs, in collaboration with the colleagues responsible in Sales.</li><li>Preparing quotations, contracts, and price agreements quickly in collaboration with Pricing and on the basis of agreed minimum order quantities, bulk prices, extra packaging charges, payment and delivery conditions etc.</li><li>Documenting efficient and effective processes in the company's internal IT systems.</li><li>Continuously updating customer master data.</li><li>Regularly monitoring visit reports, opportunities, contracts, prices, order quantities, batch sizes, delivery packaging, payment and delivery conditions, payment receipts and complaints and preparing corresponding customer-specific evaluations.</li><li>Organizing and supporting internal and external customer visits in consultation with the divisions involved.</li><li>Following up on customer complaints in collaboration with Notification Management and in consultation with the colleagues responsible in Sales and Quality; conducting appropriate communication with the respective customers and implementing suitable measures (e.g. credit notes) in consultation with the line manager and Sales.</li><li>Supporting sales and customers during entire Lead-to-Order process, including Opportunity management and Requests for Information (RFI).</li><li>Fulfilling administrative tasks to support Account Managers, including Forecast entry and update.</li><li>Proactively managing overdues to support cashflow, overdue payments, dispute cases.</li></ul></div><div> 
Your Profile 
<ul><li>A bachelor degree in a relevant discipline</li><li>3-5 years of experience in sales support / customer service preferably in the Food &amp; Beverage Industry.</li><li>Strong interpersonal, organizational, oral and written communication skills.</li><li>Fluent in English / Arabic is a plus.</li><li>Strong customer orientation, solution-driven.</li><li>Dynamic and energetic business attitude.</li><li>Computer proficient (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)</li><li>Team player with strong customer focus</li><li>Problem solving/Analytical thinking</li><li>Priority will be given to candidates currently in Riyadh/KSA</li></ul></div>

Inside Sales Support KSA/Riyadh

<div>We&rsquo;re looking for a passionate and skilled Beverage Development &amp; Applications Manager to join our dynamic team of flavor and formulation experts. In this role, you&rsquo;ll blend science and creativity to craft innovative beverage solutions across categories including CSD, juice, alcohol, concentrates, and syrups. You&rsquo;ll have the unique opportunity to lead and mentor a small team while remaining hands-on in the lab&mdash;driving development from concept to creation. If you thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and have a strong background in food and beverage applications, we&rsquo;d love to have you shape the next generation of beverage innovation with us. This is a full-time, on-site role based in our Princeton, NJ office. 


Your Responsibilities: 

<ul>
<li>Develop and optimize food and beverage applications, ensuring alignment with client specifications and regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>Collaborate with business unit, R&amp;D, marketing, and sales teams to finalize the existent/new application projects and support commercialization efforts.</li>
<li>Conduct application trials, recipe optimization and stability testing to evaluate flavor and specialty ingredient performance in different matrices (i.e. beverages, concentrates, syrups).</li>
<li>Provide technical support and training both internally (to cross-functional teams) and externally (to clients) &ndash; on food and beverage application and stability considerations.</li>
<li>Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and client meetings as a subject matter expert.</li>
<li>Work with the Head of development and applications to execute strategy within the region.</li>
<li>Mentor, maintain, and train early career developers on project management and the Doehler systems and processes.</li></ul> 


Salary Range - $160,000 &ndash; 180,000

The compensation range provided reflects the expected base compensation only and does not include potential bonuses, incentive plans, or benefits. An individual&rsquo;s final compensation offer will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to education level, relevant experience, training, and geographic location. 


Your Profile: 

<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or master&rsquo;s degree in food science, Chemistry, or a related field.</li>
<li>At least 5 years of experience in food or beverage applications with at least 3 years of professional experience in a management position</li>
<li>Strong team and project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.</li>
<li>Proficiency in analytical techniques related to taste and shelf stability assessment.</li></ul>
