This role blends people management and administrative efficiency ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. You&rsquo;ll support day-to-day operations, manage HR processes, and ensure smooth coordination across departments.Key Responsibilities:Human Resources:<ul><li>Handle end-to-end recruitment sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.</li><li>Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.</li><li>Assist in employee engagement activities, performance reviews, and training sessions.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.</li><li>Support payroll preparation and coordinate with the accounts team for monthly processing.</li></ul>Administration:<ul><li>Oversee daily office operations including supplies, maintenance, and vendor management.</li><li>Coordinate travel arrangements, event planning, and office logistics.</li><li>Manage internal communications and ensure smooth workflow between teams.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and uphold company standards.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>2-4 years of experience in an Admin/HR role (preferably in the advertising or media industry).</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office and HR management tools.</li><li>Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a creative team environment.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>A vibrant and creative work culture.</li><li>Opportunities to grow within the HR and operations domain.</li><li>Exposure to the fast-paced world of advertising and brand communication.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
