Job Description 
Doka Egypt is looking for is looking for a highly motivated Team Leader Engineering who will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously and serving with our clients, subcontractors and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>

Conduct advanced static calculations</li><li>
Produce and/or approve material lists, offer drawings and shop drawings</li><li>
Supervise project deadlines/milestones</li><li>
Assist the Sales Team/MEA countries in client presentations or for project site support</li><li>
Advise Formwork Instructor in regard to technical problems/issues that arise on site</li><li>
Provide strong leadership and actively promotes engineering trainings/development for engineering staff</li><li>
Coordinate availability of engineering staff with Engineering Manager</li><li>
Ensure that policies, procedures, programms and standards of performance an compliance are adhered to.</li><li>
Monitor adherence to contractual guidelines.</li></ul> 

Qualifications
