Job Description 
What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing<ul><li>
Leading, coaching, and developing a team of ~10 outbound telesales representatives</li><li>
Driving outbound prospecting activities to generate qualified leads from multiple channels (calls, emails, social platforms, networking, etc.)</li><li>
Leveraging Hubspot and other tools to build, filter, and segment prospect databases effectively</li><li>
Supporting the team in transforming cold leads into long-term paying customers</li><li>
Defining sales targets, tracking KPIs, and monitoring team performance</li><li>
Continuously improving sales processes through actionable, data-driven insights</li><li>
Recruiting and onboarding new outbound sales talent</li><li>
Creating a collaborative, high-performance culture and sharing best practices</li></ul> 
Qualifications

You have a strong background in telesales and outbound prospecting (must-have)</li><li>
You&rsquo;ve already led a sales team for at least 3 years</li><li>
You know how to design and scale lead generation processes from scratch</li><li>
You&rsquo;re fluent in concepts like outbound sales funnels, prospecting strategies, CRM management, and reporting</li><li>
You&rsquo;re fluent in English</li><li>
You&rsquo;re confident with data, targeting, and segmentation&mdash;but also a true people person</li><li>
You&rsquo;re motivated by the opportunity to grow and mentor a performance-driven sales team
