Education and Experience Requirements:
<br>
<ul><li>High School Diploma/GED.
</li><li>One (1) year of banking or administrative experience.
</li></ul><br>
Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Requirements:
<br>
<ul><li>Attention to detail. Good typing and proofreading skills.
</li><li>Good organizational /priority setting skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a high paced environment.
</li><li>Effective communication skills, both oral and written for professional correspondence.
</li><li>Effective interpersonal skills, making you a trusted partner to both clients and colleagues.
</li><li>Ability to apply job knowledge and good judgement to problem solving/decision making situations.
</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
</li><li>Familiarity with loan documentation and processing preferred.
</li><li>Knowledge of the commercial loan system, Bank's products, services, policies, and procedures preferred.

Essential Functions:
<br>
<ul><li>Assist loan officers in the preparation of credit proposals by ordering appraisals, credit, property, flood reports, verifying deposit/account balances and other financial statement information.
</li><li>Prepare loan documentation. Follow up for receipt of requested/required information.
</li><li>Prepare commercial loan system input worksheets to establish new accounts and service existing accounts.
</li><li>Create and maintain credit files, utilizing Nautilus.
</li><li>Coordinate the opening and servicing of liability product accounts with branches and Private Banking transaction centers.
</li><li>Perform servicing and maintenance of accounts/relationships.
</li><li>Interact with other departments, particularly Credit, Loan Operations and Private Banking transaction centers to respond to customer inquiries and requests.
</li><li>Compose routine correspondence.
</li><li>Perform other duties assigned to support the Private Banking Operations team.
