Deputy Manager - Electrical Maintenance- Job Title: Deputy Manager - Electrical Maintenance- Department: Maintenance- Experience: 10-20 years- Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering- Industry: Dairy/Food Processing- Job Summary:- Lead the electrical maintenance team to ensure efficient and safe operation of electrical systems and equipment.- Plan, schedule, and execute maintenance activities, including breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, and predictive maintenance.- Collaborate with production and other teams to ensure minimal downtime and maximum productivity.- Responsibilities:- Manage a team of electrical technicians and engineers- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for maintenance activities- Maintain electrical equipment and system documentation- Requirements:- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering- 10-20 years of experience in electrical maintenance in a manufacturing industry- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and safety standards- Proven leadership and problem-solving skills- Good communication and teamwork skillsJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
