 About The Role
 
 
 
 This position includes serving as an ambassador and the first point of contact for Dolls Kill customers and is critical to providing a positive Dolls Kill experience from beginning to end for each customer. You will maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel. The store is modeled after a nightclub, and it's important to maintain that atmosphere. The Security Guard will report directly to the Store Manager. There are two positions available, one part-time and one full-time.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide security and protection for our guests, employees, and company property
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be thoroughly knowledgeable and capable of consistently executing tasks based on protocol and procedure
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a consistent level of vigilance and situational awareness
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain knowledge of the facility and events in order to answer basic guest questions
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to work in an intense, dynamic work environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Reacts professionally and rationally in emergency and pressure situations
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be available to work nights and weekends

 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Valid Guard Card for the state of Nevada.
 </li>
 <li>
 Valid License: A PILB guard card is necessary for unarmed security positions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to lift 50 lbs Minimum Unaided.
 </li>
 <li>
 Available to work nights and weekends.
 </li>
 <li>
 Applicants MUST possess Appropriate Documentation and any information needed to complete a basic job application. Prospective employees must have documentation to complete the Federal I-9 Form.
