Job Title: Bakery Products Packing Supervisor Location: Ajman, UAE Company: Dolphin BakesSalary: AED 2,500&ndash;4,000/monthBenefits:<ul><li>Company-provided food &amp; accommodation</li><li>Visa &amp; medical insurance</li><li>Career advancement opportunities</li></ul>Posted on: November 18, 2025 Job Type: Full-time (Shift work may apply)Role Overview:Become part of Dolphin Bakes as a Bakery Products Packing Supervisor, where you&rsquo;ll lead the packing team to uphold our commitment to quality and safety.We&rsquo;re seeking a detail-oriented leader with extensive food packaging experience, who can ensure efficient and compliant packing operations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise, mentor, and guide the packing team to ensure smooth daily operations</li><li>Oversee all packaging processes to maintain top standards for product quality and hygiene</li><li>Conduct training for staff in best packing practices and food safety procedures</li><li>Optimize workflow and resources to improve packing efficiency and reduce waste</li><li>Maintain accurate records of packing activities, stocks, and production metrics</li><li>Inspect packaging materials and finished goods for any defects</li><li>Ensure strict compliance with workplace safety and hygiene policies</li><li>Report any operational issues, defects, or non-compliance to management promptly</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum 2 years&rsquo; experience in food product packaging (bakery sector preferred)</li><li>Minimum qualification Degree is mandatory</li><li>In-depth knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality assurance procedures</li><li>Proven team leadership and staff development skills</li><li>Strong organizational, record-keeping, and problem-solving abilities</li><li>Familiarity with packaging machinery and materials (advantageous)</li><li>Ready to commute or relocate to Ajman before joining</li><li>Preference for candidates who can join immediately</li></ul>How to Apply:Email your CV to hr@dolphinbakes.comExperience: Food Product Packaging: Minimum 2 years (bakery industry preferred)Note: Only qualified candidates will be contacted.
