We&rsquo;re looking for a creative and motivated Marketing &amp; Social Media Assistant to join our Digital Marketing Team in Honolulu. If you love the ocean, enjoy creating content, and want to capture and share the magic of Hawai&lsquo;i, this role is for you!Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Participate in our tours to capture photos and videos that highlight authentic guest experiences</li><li>Create and edit engaging short-form content to share across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok</li><li>Write creative captions and posts that reflect our brand voice and Aloha spirit</li><li>Manage social media channels: posting, scheduling, and responding to DMs and comments</li><li>Collaborate with tour guides, crew, and guests to produce dynamic and genuine content</li><li>Communicate with guests on-site to collect testimonials and encourage engagement</li><li>Help develop creative campaigns that promote tours, ocean experiences, and related merchandise</li><li>Track and report social media performance and engagement metrics</li><li>Contribute to a variety of digital marketing activities such as content creation (blogs, newsletters, email campaigns, etc.) and support overall marketing initiatives as needed.</li></ul>Position Requirements:<ul><li>Strong creative writing and visual storytelling skills</li><li>Outgoing, personable, and comfortable engaging with guests and team members</li><li>Experience creating short-form social media content (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)</li><li>Familiarity with editing tools like CapCut, Canva, Edits or Adobe Premiere</li><li>Excellent communication and teamwork skills</li><li>English fluency (written and verbal)</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Bilingual in Japanese and English (strongly preferred)</li><li>Photography and videography experience (comfortable shooting on location)</li><li>Basic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator</li><li>Experience with social media ads (Meta/Google)</li><li>Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, or Google Ads</li><li>Experience creating email campaigns or blog content</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Pay: $15&ndash;$20 per hour (starting; based on experience)</li><li>Full-time &amp; Part-time opportunities</li><li>Health, dental, and vision insurance (for eligible employees)</li><li>401(k)</li><li>Employee discounts</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
