Job OverviewWe are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Barista/Front to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for drink and excellent customer service skills. As a Barista, you will play a vital role in providing a welcoming and high-quality experience for our customers. If you have a knack for brewing the perfect cup and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.Duties- Prepare and serve specialty beverages, including boba drinks, teas, and other beverages. - Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards. - Manage cash and credit transactions accurately, handling customer payments and making change as needed. - Operate a point-of-sale system, such as Aloha POS, to process orders and track inventory. - Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a friendly and professional manner. - Work efficiently to meet sales goals and maintain a high level of productivity. - Demonstrate a strong understanding of retail math and basic math principles to accurately manage inventory and make recommendations to customers. - Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of coffee and caf&eacute; offerings, including flavors, ingredients, and preparation methods. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and maintain a positive team atmosphere.Skills- Proficiency with cash handling and basic math principles. - Experience with food service and customer service. - Strong sales and communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively. - Knowledge of retail math and the ability to accurately manage inventory. - Experience with point-of-sale systems, including Aloha POS. - A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Paid training</li></ul>Work Location: In person
