This role is perfect for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience in Human Resources while balancing school or other commitments.</p>
<p><b>
What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Update and maintain employee records in our HRIS system</li>
<li>Assist with recruiting by reviewing resumes and screening applicants</li>
<li>Make phone calls to candidates to schedule interviews</li>
<li>Help with onboarding and other HR administrative tasks as needed</li>
<li>Provide general support to the HR team</li>
</ul>
<p><b>What We&rsquo;re Looking For</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Current student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred)</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li>
<li>Professional communication skills (phone, text, and email)</li>
<li>Ability to handle confidential information responsibly</li>
<li>Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team environment</li>
</ul>
