</div><div></div><div>The Small Assembly Operator position is located in Dixon, IL and will be responsible for assembling components or products according to specifications. This is a 1st shift position, Monday through Thursday, 4:00am to 2:00pm.</div><div>
Role Responsibilities:</div><ul><li> Assemble parts and components according to specifications and work instructions</li><li> Inspect finished products for defects and ensure quality standards are met</li><li> Operate hand tools, small machinery, and other equipment safely</li><li> Maintain a clean and organized work area</li></ul><div>
Minimum Qualifications:</div><ul><li> High school diploma or equivalent (GED)</li><li> Previous experience in assembly</li><li> Ability to read and understand work instructions</li><li> Good hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity</li><li> Basic math and measurement skills</li></ul><div>
Preferred Qualifications:</div><ul><li> Manufacturing Experience</li><li> Familiar with basic hand tools</li></ul><div>
Hourly Rate: $18.56</div><div>
Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, including but not limited to applicable work experience, training, education, and performance.</div><div>
This position is eligible for an annual incentive plan based on performance and company growth.</div><div>

  Key Responsibilities

  <li>
   Creating and maintaining a regional market assessment to understand the market opportunities that exist in the region
  </li>
  <li>
   Creating and maintaining a product and technology strategy to align Donaldson&rsquo;s product offering with the market expectations to enable market share growth
  </li>
  <li>
   Develops strong relationships with regional entities, our internal engineering/ product management team and operations teams to be able to effectively execute and influence program outcomes, ensures program status is communicated, program risks are identified and mitigated.
  </li>
  <li>
   Supports multiple programs to completion leveraging our program toll gate process
  </li>
  <li>
   Develops, manages, and communicates program plan with all team members and supporting roles, ensuring status is actively maintained in our program tollgate system
  </li>
  <li>
   Acts as conduit between regional entities and local engineering and operations teams (Voice of market within our local team, voice of local team with our entity)
  </li>
  <li>
   Brings voice of customer back (from entities, customer visits, market analysis of region) to our team to provide directional input to maintain a global perspective
  </li>
  <li>
   Works with regional Application Engineering/ Sales teams to ensure correct product application is being applied (Application Engineering support)
  </li>

   Works with regional entities to identify opportunities, support/ pursuit of Target Customers and opportunities (Business development)
