</div><div></div><div>Donaldson is looking for a Quality Technician to support our Life Science vertical, serving Bioprocessing/Biopharma, Medical Devices, Food &amp; Beverage, Microelectronics and Automotive in our Bloomington manufacturing facility. Your role will include support for currently commercialized product as well as new product development. This position will primarily perform quality inspection of incoming material and at various stages in the manufacturing process. It will also provide support on nonconforming material investigation and assist with test activities throughout the product life cycle based on applicable international standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949).</div><div>
Qualified candidates must be able to work an on-site schedule at our Bloomington, MN facility.</div><div></div><div>
Role Responsibilities:</div><ul><li><div>
Complete material performance testing (e.g. Airflow, Water Entry Pressure, filter efficiency, etc.) for raw materials, membranes and laminates.</div></li><li><div>
Perform resolution activities for nonconforming parts (including returns) which include inspecting incoming parts, writing reports that indicate defects found, conducting meetings, monitoring hold activity, logs, MRB areas, etc.</div></li><li><div>
Performs timely and accurate record keeping, including recording test results in Infinity QS and/or special test logs; completing inventory transactions; and maintaining nonconforming records.</div></li><li><div>
Support internal product audits as well as quality management system audits along with follow up activities related to findings.</div></li><li><div>
Sample preparation and test submission for internal and external customers.</div></li><li><div>
Preliminary data analysis for engineering tests, production data, etc.</div></li><li><div>
Support generation of Certificates of Analysis.</div></li><li><div>
Participate on teams as a quality resource for areas such as QS/ISO 9001 ISO13485, cGMP, IATF16949, statistical process control, testing, etc.</div></li></ul><div></div><div>
Minimum Qualifications:</div><ul><li><div>
Associates degree or one plus years of experience in a manufacturing environment, directly involved with quality.</div></li><li><div>
Working experience with measuring tools and equipment used to perform inspection activities, whether through previous roles, training, or school.</div></li></ul><div></div><div>

</div><div></div><div>The Planner/Supply Chain Analyst will also be responsible for various procurement, purchasing and/or buying tasks. This role is based out of Chillicothe, MO and would require this individual to be on site regularly.</div><div></div><div>
Role Responsibilities:</div><ul><li><div>
Develops and coordinates production schedules based on customer orders and delivery requirements.</div></li><li><div>
Plans and develops weekly production line schedules of assigned departments based on the master schedule plan.</div></li><li><div>
May schedule rework, unfinished parts and assemblies, new product releases and special orders.</div></li><li><div>
Analyzes shortages of both manufactured and purchased parts. Prepares all necessary support materials for production which includes route sheets, preparing shop packets, and printing shipping documents.</div></li><li><div>
Establishes effective communication with various groups such as customers, sales offices, Corporate, and plant production departments to ensure the on-time delivery of products through monitoring work orders from start to finish.</div></li><li><div>
Expedites and secures parts needed for production.</div></li><li><div>
Makes or recommends revisions to planned production schedules as necessary when schedules cannot be met which includes planning and preparing backup schedules and directing production supervisors on utilization of personnel.</div></li><li><div>

</div><div></div><div>The Material Handler is responsible for the safe and efficient movement, storage, and tracking of materials throughout the facility to support production and operational needs. This role requires strict adherence to safety protocols, inventory accuracy, and timely material delivery to ensure smooth workflow and minimal downtime. This is a 1st shift position with hours from 6:30 a.m. &ndash; 3:00 p.m. and is located on-site at our manufacturing facility in Greeneville, TN.</div><div></div><div>
Roles Responsibilities:</div><ul><li>
Safely operate forklifts and other powered industrial trucks to transport materials throughout the facility.</li><li>
Load and unload trailers, including UPS and air freight, ensuring proper handling and secure stacking of materials.</li><li>
Perform daily rack checks and validate inventory locations to maintain accurate stock levels.</li><li>
Assist with inventory adjustments, cycle counts, and location audits as needed.</li><li>
Accurately document material movements using scanners or manual logs in accordance with company procedures.</li><li>
Cross-train in front dock shipping and receiving processes to provide coverage during absences or peak periods.</li><li>
Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of materials to support manufacturing operations.</li><li>
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment; perform 6S duties in assigned areas.</li><li>
Report any unsafe conditions, equipment issues, or material discrepancies to supervision promptly.</li><li>

Minimum Qualifications:</div><ul><li>
Proficient in basic computer use, including data entry and inventory systems.</li><li>

Capable of lifting, carrying, and moving items weighing up to 35 pounds without assistance.</li><li>
Must be able to perform a combination of sedentary and physically active tasks in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
