 Your Role:
 
 Content Writer
 
 
 
 We&rsquo;re looking for a story-driven content writer who can craft engaging, relatable, and premium social media copy for &amp;Done. You&rsquo;ll help shape how the brand sounds and feels online&mdash;turning everyday moments into scroll-stopping stories that connect deeply with our audience.
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 
 &ndash; Write high-performing social media copy for Instagram, YouTube, and digital campaigns.
 
 
 &ndash; Develop storytelling-led narratives that communicates the brand position effectively.
 
 
 &ndash; Collaborate with the design, marketing, and influencer teams to create cohesive campaigns.
 
 
 &ndash; Craft content across formats&mdash;posts, reels, carousels, ad captions, and scripts.
 
 
 &ndash; Maintain brand tone and consistency across all communication.
 
 
 &ndash; Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, hooks, and brand storytelling
 
 
 &ndash; Stay updated on social and cultural trends to keep &amp;Done&rsquo;s content relevant and fresh.
 
 
 
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 
 &ndash; 4&ndash;5 years of experience in copywriting: Ideally with a background in D2C beauty, lifestyle, or a creative agency
 
 
 &ndash; Proven storytelling experience&mdash;someone who can turn insights into emotion and engagement
 
 
 &ndash; Strong understanding of how copy performs for short-form video (Reel/YouTube) vs. static content
 
 
 &ndash; Excellent command of English and comfort writing in a conversational, social tone
 
 
 &ndash; Creative thinker with a grasp of trends, pop culture, and audience psychology
 
 
 &ndash; Someone with good taste who understands the luxury aesthetic and knows when to let the product speak for itself
