We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, resolve order-related issues, and ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. The ideal candidate should be empathetic, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced online retail environment.Key Responsibilities:Handle customer queries via email, phone, chat, and social media platformsProvide accurate information related to orders, shipping, delivery, returns, exchanges, and refundsTrack orders and coordinate with logistics partners (Amazon Shipping, courier teams, etc.) to resolve delivery issuesHandle customer complaints with empathy and ensure timely resolution and follow-upsAssist customers with order placement, cancellations, and payment-related queriesMaintain proper records of customer interactions in CRM or support toolsEscalate unresolved or critical issues to the concerned internal teamsEnsure adherence to company policies and service quality standardsWork closely with operations, warehouse, and finance teams to resolve customer issuesMaintain a positive brand image through professional and compassionate communicationRequired Skills &amp; Qualifications:Graduate or equivalent qualification1&ndash;3 years of experience in e-commerce or customer support (freshers with good communication skills may also apply)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilitiesAbility to handle high-volume customer interactions calmly and professionallyFamiliarity with e-commerce platforms, order management systems, and CRM toolsBasic knowledge of logistics, returns, and refund processes is an added advantageWillingness to work flexible shifts if requiredPreferred Skills:Experience handling customer support on online platformsSocial media customer handling experienceMultilingual skills (English + Hindi)What We OfferSupportive and collaborative work environmentGrowth opportunities in the e-commerce domainTraining and skill developmentCompetitive salary as per industry standardsJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
