Job Description: Kindergarten Teacher (Pre-Primary)Position: Kindergarten Teacher Department: Pre-Primary School Type: CBSE-affiliated School Employment Type: Full-TimeKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan and conduct age-appropriate lessons and activities based on the kindergarten curriculum.</li><li>Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment that supports emotional, social, and cognitive development.</li><li>Use play-based, activity-oriented teaching methods to enhance learning.</li><li>Encourage language development, basic numeracy, creativity, and motor skills.</li><li>Maintain classroom discipline through positive guidance and care.</li><li>Observe and assess students&rsquo; progress and maintain individual student records.</li><li>Communicate regularly with parents regarding children&rsquo;s development and well-being.</li><li>Prepare teaching aids, worksheets, and learning materials as required.</li><li>Participate in school events, training programs, workshops, and meetings.</li><li>Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.</li></ul>Qualifications (As per CBSE Norms &ndash; Pre-Primary/KG Teacher): Essential Qualifications:<ul><li>Senior Secondary (Class XII) or equivalent from a recognized board</li><li>Diploma in Nursery Teacher Education (NTT) / Pre-Primary Teacher Training (PPTT)</li><li>OR</li><li>Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE)</li></ul>(from an NCTE-recognized institution)Desirable Qualifications:<ul><li>Graduation in any discipline</li><li>Montessori / ECCE certification</li><li>Basic knowledge of child psychology and early childhood pedagogy</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)</li><li>Patience, creativity, and a caring attitude towards young children</li><li>Ability to handle young learners with empathy and responsibility</li><li>Classroom management and organizational skills</li><li>Basic computer skills for academic documentation</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Commuter assistance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
