Doors Plus Docks LLC, a Florida-based leader in the installation and service of overhead doors, high-speed doors, and loading dock equipment, is currently hiring an Experienced Technician to join our growing team. We are looking for a reliable professional with strong mechanical skills ready to take on daily field challenges while delivering outstanding service to our clients.Main Duties<ul><li>Handle installation, servicing, and repair of a wide range of commercial doors, dock systems, and related hardware.</li></ul><ul><li>Detect and fix technical issues including broken springs, damaged operators, misaligned tracks, hinges, locks, or electrical malfunctions.</li></ul><ul><li>Install and adjust hardware such as closers, panic devices, sensors, and access control components.</li></ul><ul><li>Document each service call with detailed notes, photos, and recommendations.</li></ul><ul><li>Training and support to expand your knowledge on industrial doors, dock levelers, and automatic systems.</li></ul><ul><li>A safe, respectful, and team-oriented workplace.</li></ul><ul><li>Competitive pay and the chance for long-term advancement.</li></ul><ul><li>4+ years of experience in the commercial/industrial door or dock service field And AAADM certification is a plus</li></ul><ul><li>Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and work in different field conditions.</li></ul><ul><li>Team player with solid communication and customer service abilities.</li></ul><ul><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record.</li></ul><ul><li>Welding skills</li></ul><ul><li>Full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8:30AM &ndash; 5:00 PM.</li></ul><ul><li>Occasional overtime or emergency service availability may be needed.</li></ul><ul><li>Employment contingent on background check</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeBase Pay: $25.00 - $33.00 per hourWork Location: Remote
