Role Overview</h3>
As a Team Leader in the Customer Success department, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and ensuring the overall success of our clients. You will play a crucial role in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and ensuring the seamless delivery of services. The Team Leader will also work closely with other teams such as Sales and Marketing teams to align customer feedback and develop strategies for long-term success.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Responsibilities 
</h3><ul>
<li>Leadership &amp; Management:</li>
<li><ul><li>Lead and manage a team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs), providing guidance, support, and fostering a positive team culture.</li>
<li>Set clear performance expectations and regularly evaluate team performance.</li>
<li>Conduct regular one-on-ones, coaching sessions, and team meetings to drive team development and engagement.</li>
<li>Support CSMs in managing their individual customer portfolios, including high-priority or at-risk accounts. 
</li></ul></li><li>Customer Relationship Management:</li>
<li><ul><li>Work with the team to proactively build and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts.</li>
<li>Oversee the successful onboarding of new customers, ensuring they are set up for long-term success.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities for account growth and coordinate upselling or cross-selling additional services such as EWA and Credit Cards. 
</li></ul></li><li>Customer Retention &amp; Satisfaction:</li>
<li><ul><li>Ensure that customer issues and escalations are handled effectively and in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Work to improve customer retention through regular check-ins, problem-solving, and anticipating customer needs.</li>
<li>Monitor customer health scores and proactively address potential churn risks. 
</li></ul></li><li>Process Improvement:</li>
<li><ul><li>Develop and implement best practices and processes to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the Customer Success team.</li>
<li>Provide feedback to the Product and Development teams based on customer insights and issues.</li>
<li>Create comprehensive training materials and resources for the Customer Success team to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in their roles. 
</li></ul></li><li>Collaboration &amp; Reporting:</li>
<li><ul><li>Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Marketing, and Product) to ensure the delivery of a cohesive and positive customer experience.</li>
<li>Prepare regular reports on team performance, customer satisfaction, and retention metrics for senior leadership.</li>

Requirements</h3><ul>

<li>Experience:</li>
<li><ul><li>3+ years of experience in a customer success or account management role, with at least 1 year in a leadership capacity.</li>
<li>Proven ability to manage and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.</li>
Experience with customer success platforms (e.g., Hubspot, helpdesk) is a plus.

We are looking for an IT Specialist focused on Incident Management to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and resolving incidents related to our IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of our services, and minimizing downtime. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address issues efficiently and improve our incident management processes.
Key Responsibilities:<ul>

IT Specialist (Incident Management)

dopay is seeking a results driven and strategic Senior Growth Marketing Manager with a focus on B2B. This role will lead and be responsible for designing and executing innovative growth strategies to increase the customer acquisition and take ownership of customer engagement, retention, and advocacy initiatives for our growing B2B client base.
You will lead and manage team's efforts to increase dopay's market share within the B2B space by optimizing the customer journey, leveraging data, and identifying growth opportunities across multiple channels and deepen relationships with our business clients and their employees. You will play a key role in ensuring campaigns are data-driven, highly targeted, and deliver strong ROI across all digital platforms.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><ul>
<li>Growth Campaign Strategy &amp; Media Buying: Design, create and lead a 360 Growth performance marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition across various media buying channels, including Google Ads, social media, display networks, programmatic advertising, and email marketing.</li>
<li>Customer Acquisition: Design and manage multi-channel B2B lead generation campaigns (email, paid media, SEO/SEM, social media, webinars, events) to attract business clients across multiple industries. Collaborate with the sales team to generate high-quality leads.</li>
<li>Demand Generation &amp; Inbound Marketing: Design, and optimize inbound marketing strategies, including content marketing, SEO, and targeted campaigns to create brand awareness and generate demand within key business segments.</li>
<li>Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) and continuously monitor campaign performance, making adjustments to optimize key metrics such as conversion rates cross MQL, SQL . Signing, CAC, ROI, CTR, and LTV</li>
<li>Lifecycle Marketing: Lead the development of customer lifecycle marketing strategies, from onboarding through to renewal and advocacy. Ensure that customers are fully engaged at each stage of their journey by providing relevant, timely, and personalized communications across multiple channels, including email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging.</li>
<li>Funnel Optimization: Analyze and optimize the end to end marketing funnel, per assets, channel per industry per persona, identifying areas for improvement in the customer journey and removing friction points. to improve key metrics such as MQL (Marketing Qualified Leads) to SQL (Sales Qualified Leads) with a proper signing conversion</li>
<li>A/B Testing &amp; Experimentation: Apply A/B testing methodologies to test hypotheses, optimize marketing tactics, and continuously improve campaign performance. Run tests across landing pages, ad copy, email subject lines, and promotional offers.</li>
<li>SEO &amp; SEM Alignment: Collaborate with the SEO team to align paid search efforts with organic search strategies, ensuring both paid and organic channels work synergistically to achieve the highest impact.</li>
<li>Reporting &amp; KPIs: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for B2B growth marketing campaigns. Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on marketing performance, growth milestones, and optimization opportunities.</li>
<li>Budget Management: Manage and allocate the performance marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI while minimizing CPL, CAC. Track and report on budget spend, forecasting, and optimizing for better financial outcomes.</li>
