Midtown law firm is seeking a Billing Clerk. Must be highly computer literate, detail oriented, and have strong interpersonal skills. Knowledge of electronic billing systems such as Legal Tracker, CounselLink, Legal Exchange, Tymetrix 360, Ascent, Legal Solution Suite, BottomLine LegalX and Resolve Star is strongly preferred.Some job duties include: Generating and distributing monthly prebills to attorneys; preparing invoices with special rates, retainers and discounts; processing write-offs and adjustments; submitting invoices through multiple electronic billing websites by preparing LEDES files.
