We are looking for an outstanding Front Desk Receptionist/Legal Assistant that will be fully committed to our clients, and our staff. Our fast-paced office is looking for a positive customer service-oriented person to join our team! Responsibilities include cheerfully greeting clients, answering phones, scheduling, verifying client information, communicating with staff, and ordering medical records. Bilingual ideal (English/Spanish) but not required. Professional demeanor and a positive attitude are a must.Required experience: * Customer Service: 1 year*. Microsoft Office knowledge.Approximately 16 hours a week. Salary to commensurate with experience.
