You&rsquo;ll turn strategy into action across direct mail, email, paid/organic search, social, chat, voicemail, and emerging platforms, while holding vendors accountable for performance and accuracy. You&rsquo;ll partner with agency resources and own the data, tools, and processes that drive measurable growth.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Build, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, paid social, SEM/SEO, direct mail, chat/SMS/voicemail), aligning daily execution to quarterly/annual goals and KPIs.</li><li>Own analytics &amp; measurement: Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) setup, event tracking, attribution, cohort analysis, funnel performance, testing plans, and insight reporting to leadership.</li><li>Lead website improvement initiatives: diagnose issues, prioritize conversion rate optimization (CRO) opportunities (A/B testing, UX simplification, speed/technical SEO), and guide a phased site revamp to improve conversion and content accuracy.</li><li>Manage and challenge vendors: establish service level agreements (SLAs), validate performance data, audit deliverables (creative, targeting, reporting), and &ldquo;call the balls and strikes&rdquo; when something isn&rsquo;t accurate.</li><li>Operationalize automation &amp; AI: deploy marketing automation workflows, audience segmentation, lead scoring, journey orchestration, and responsible AI-enabled efficiencies.</li><li>Coach the team (specialists/coordinators): set clear expectations, provide feedback, develop skills, and model data-driven decision-making.</li><li>Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, CCPA/CPRA, and CASL standards; partner with stakeholders to keep lists, consent, and messaging clean and compliant.</li><li>Publish and maintain calendars &amp; project plans, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and deliverables stay on track.</li><li>Report results: present KPI dashboards and recommendations; translate findings into next-best-actions and iterative plans.</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Bring<ul><li>5+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, including 2+ years managing people or leading complex multi-channel programs.</li><li>Deep proficiency in GA4, GTM, and marketing analytics (events, custom dimensions, attribution, dashboarding); strong Excel/Sheets or BI skills.</li><li>Hands-on SEO/SEM &amp; paid social (keyword strategy, bidding, creative testing, landing page alignment).</li><li>Marketing automation &amp; CRM experience (journey flows, segmentation, lead scoring, nurture design).</li><li>Proven website/CRO track record (A/B testing, content structure, UX simplification, technical SEO collaboration).</li><li>Vendor management: contract literacy, SLA creation, performance audits, and constructive escalations when data or deliverables don&rsquo;t meet standards.</li><li>Compliance literacy (CAN-SPAM, CCPA/CPRA, CASL) and data hygiene best practices.</li><li>Industry familiarity with transportation/DOT compliance is a plus.</li><li>DFW residency required.</li><li>Ability to meet DCG&rsquo;s remote-work tech standards (BYOD, secure access tools, reliable internet) per company policy.</li></ul>Work Model, Relocation &amp; Sponsorship<ul><li>This position is hybrid with on-site requirements in Bedford, TX.</li><li>Must reside in the DFW area; no relocation assistance.</li><li>U.S. work authorization required; no sponsorship available at this time.</li><li>Remote work requires adherence to DCG&rsquo;s IT Systems policy (secure tools, VPN/endpoint, internet standards).</li></ul>This is a summary of the primary accountabilities and requirements for this position.
