Our in-house expertise covers everything from design to production, ensuring high-quality, innovative solutions for our clients.Role Overview We are seeking a Business Development Executive with proven knowledge and experience in the exhibition stand industry. This role goes beyond traditional sales&mdash;it&rsquo;s about building strong client relationships, translating ideas into designs, and overseeing projects from pitch to build-up. You will collaborate closely with our design and production teams, attend exhibitions, and drive business growth by creating opportunities and closing deals.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify, generate, and qualify new business leads within the exhibitions and events industry.</li><li>Pitch creative stand design concepts to prospective clients.</li><li>Collaborate with the design team to translate client requirements into impactful stand designs.</li><li>Prepare proposals, present them to clients, and secure approvals.</li><li>Oversee project progress, ensuring smooth coordination with production and build-up teams.</li><li>Attend exhibitions and events to network, gather leads, and represent DOT Exhibits.</li><li>Maintain and grow long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Mandatory experience in the exhibition stand industry (sales, business development, or project management).</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with designers and production teams.</li><li>Proven track record in generating leads and closing deals.</li><li>Flexibility to attend events, exhibitions, and client meetings.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferred.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary range: AED 3,500 &ndash; 9,000 (based on experience).</li><li>Comprehensive health insurance.</li><li>Annual travel ticket.</li><li>Exposure to international exhibitions and industry-leading clients.</li><li>A dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth.</li></ul>How to Apply If you are passionate about exhibitions and ready to take on a diverse role that combines sales, design collaboration, and project exposure, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you.
