<div><div>Dot IT, a growing digital marketing agency serving international clients, is expanding its Social Media department.<br>

We are looking for a <b>Content &amp; Social Media Lead</b> to own the strategic direction of social accounts, guide the execution team, and ensure content aligns with business goals and KPIs.<br>
</div><div>
This is a <b>strategic leadership role</b>, not a posting or scheduling role, managing multiple client accounts and collaborating closely with Performance, Design, and Account Management teams.</div><p><b><br>
Key Responsibilities</b></p><p><b><br>
Social Media Strategy &amp; Planning</b></p><ul><li><p><br>
Develop strategies, content pillars, and monthly frameworks aligned with business goals.</p></li><li><p><br>
Identify campaign opportunities and ensure platform-specific alignment.</p></li></ul><p><b><br>
Creative Direction</b></p><ul><li><p><br>
Lead ideation, campaign concepts, and storytelling direction.</p></li><li><p><br>
Guide design team while maintaining a consistent brand voice.</p></li></ul><p><b><br>
Team Leadership</b></p><ul><li><p><br>
Supervise and mentor Social Media and Content Executives.</p></li><li><p><br>
Review content calendars and ensure quality standards.</p></li></ul><p><b><br>
Performance Collaboration</b></p><ul><li><p><br>
Align strategy with KPIs, review reports, and adjust based on insights.</p></li></ul><p><b><br>

Requirements</b></h3><p><b>
Required Experience</b></p><ul><li><p><br>
4&ndash;6 years in social media management, preferably in an agency.</p></li><li><p><br>
Proven experience managing multiple client accounts and presenting strategies.</p></li><li><p><br>
Strong background in content strategy and campaign ideation.</p></li><li><p><br>
Experience with international/GCC clients preferred.</p></li><li><p><br>
