The ideal candidate should have a strong background in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems, with proven experience in managing maintenance teams, ensuring equipment reliability, and improving operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:&middot; Lead and supervise maintenance teams for electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.&middot; Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.&middot; Oversee installation, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical panels, motors, pumps, and compressors.&middot; Ensure smooth functioning of all electrical and mechanical equipment.&middot; Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for maintenance and technical support.&middot; Maintain maintenance records and prepare performance and downtime reports.&middot; Enforce safety standards and compliance with company policies.&middot; Identify and implement process improvements to enhance system performance and reduce downtime.Requirements:&middot; Education: BS in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.&middot; Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in maintenance, MEP, and HVAC systems.&middot; Strong knowledge of electrical control systems, industrial machinery, and automation.&middot; Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.&middot; Preferably a candidate with experience in packaging industry.Location: LahoreJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
